INTAKE

  • MEET with school leadership to understand their vision, goals, and communication preferences
  • WORK with the school leader to determine their focus and key stakeholders
  • IDENTIFY the focus areas, conditions, and demographical data to be included
  • PROVIDE overview and training for school leader or designee(s)
  • SELECT the questions to be included from a database of over 1000+ research-based questions

IMPLEMENTATION

  • PROVIDE stakeholders with a unique ID that they can use to access the online platform via computer or smart device to complete the CEIQ
  • ENSURE data security is aligned with the protocols of the school or district
  • FACILITATE technical training as needed
  • OFFER live technical support as needed (the platform will offer login resets automatically)

REPORTING

  • PROVIDE a real-time graphical display of completion rates, stakeholder response rates, trend analysis, and overall engagement status for the current administration as well as previous periods
  • SUPPORT users in disaggregating data to identify patterns and trends
  • MAKE recommendations where the response rates are below the threshold of 80% satisfaction
  • HIGHLIGHT outliers groups by stakeholder and demographics

STRATEGIC

  • PROVIDE training sessions after each administration period (3 in total) to support school leadership in understanding the analysis of their results, and examining trends, and outliers.
  • SUPPORT leadership in using the CEIQ recommendations to monitor and make adjustments to their school plan
